Our New Build Services

Design & Build

Don't have plans in place yet? Our Design & Build servicetakes you from initial ideas all the way through to a completed home. We work with experienced architects to draw up your plans and manage the planning and building regulations application on your behalf. Once permission is granted, our construction team delivers the build phase - all managed and coordinated by David Vigor personally.

Build Only

If you already have architect's drawings and planning permission in place, we'd be delighted to tender for the build. David Vigor will visit the site, assess the project, and if our tender is successful, Vigor Construction will take full ownership of the build - delivering it to agreed timescales and quality standards.

10-Year Guarantee

Every new build constructed by Vigor Construction is covered by a 10-year warranty and insurance product for new homes in the UK. Build with complete confidence.

What We Need to Tender

To provide a transparent and meaningful quote for a Build Only contract, we'll arrange a site visit and will need the following:

1. Architect's drawings and specifications
2. Structural engineer's drawings and specifications
3. Schedule of Works (if available)
4. Bill of Quantities (if relevant)
5. Mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications (if available)
6. Interior design drawings and specifications (if relevant)
7. Any other specialist drawings or specifications

Once a quotation is agreed, we issue a fixed-price contract detailing all works, costs and timescales. Any changes are discussed, priced and confirmed in writing - no surprises.
