NHBC Guarantee
The National House Builders Council (NHBC) are the leading warranty and insurance provider for new and newly-converted homes in the UK. Buildmark is the name of their 10 year warranty and insurance cover. Vigor Construction has been a registered member of NHBC since 2000 and every new build constructed by the company is covered by Buildmark.
- The NHBC Buildmark warranty gives you protection with:-
- Cover for the first two years after completion
- Vigor Construction will be responsible for putting right certain damage and defects.
- Cover for most parts of the home in years 3 to 10 of ownership
- Insurance to cover the cost of putting right any damage caused by a defect in specified areas of the home such as damage to floors, staircases, roofs, drains, windows and doors
- No Cover for general wear and tear, condensation, normal shrinkage, cosmetic damage or damage arising from failure to maintain the property.
