Having acquired a derelict, overgrown plot in Holmer Green, Hazlemere (in Buckinghamshire), sited on which were premises previously used for commercial purposes, Vigor Construction were granted planning permission in 2011 to build two stunning, 4 bedroom semi-detached family homes of approximately 1550 square feet, set out on three floors.
 

Our Work

Built to Vigor Construction's signature high specification, both properties were finished with a contemporary, sophisticated internal design, including granite/silestone kitchen work surfaces, ground floor solid oak flooring and a cutting edge wood burning stove positioned in the heart of the house. Externally, the properties were finished imposingly, in a classic, timeless style, with quality materials painstakingly sourced to perfectly complement the existing street scene.

 
With substantial off-street parking to the front and beautifully manicured gardens to the rear, complete with highly innovative, creative landscaping, incorporating brick & flint pannelled retaining walls to enclose a spacious yet private Indian sandstone patio area, this breathtaking transformation was completed in just 6 months, on time and on budget. This remarkable development at Sawpit Hill, Hazlemere, was subsequently singled out by Planning Officers at Wycombe District Council for a "Best Small Development" award at the 2012 LABC Central Region Building Excellence Awards, with Vigor Construction highly praised for having achieved "outstanding quality and building regulation compliance."
